[tabby title=”Let’s Get Together Offer”] By entering the ‘Let’s get together – You buy your date a coffee and we buy you yours’ Valentine’s day Offer (Hereby known as “Offer”), you (Hereby known as “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Standard Terms
a. This Offer is organized by Tata Starbucks Private Ltd. (Hereby known as “Starbucks India”) & Truly Madly match makers Private Ltd. (Hereby known as “Truly Madly”).
b. The Offer will be held from 22nd January 2016 until 14th February, 2016, commencing from (“Offer Period”): Time 11:59 am (IST) on 22nd January, 2016 and ending at 11:59 pm (IST) on 14th February, 2016.
c. The Offer is valid across all Starbucks stores in India.
2. Qualifying Criteria
a. The Offer mechanics –
• To avail 100% discount on the second beverage the Customer must like the Starbucks India profile on Truly Madly app
• Post liking the Starbucks India profile the Customer will receive the offer code via the Truly Madly app message.
• The Customer must show the app message to a Starbucks store partner in India.
• The Starbucks partner will validate the code.
• Post validation the Customer must purchase two or more Beverages of tall size and above from Starbucks stores in India to be eligible for the Offer
• All the Beverages should be purchased in the same invoice for the 100% discount to be applicable on only one of the beverage (same or lower price)
b. The codes are valid till 14th Feb, 2016 11:59 p.m. and expires henceforth.
c. One code is valid for one offer. One user will get one offer which he/she can avail anytime in the Offer window period.
d. The Offer is not valid on featured beverages.
e. Starbucks India has the right to amend the Rules and Terms and Conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice and/or reason.
f. Offer valid till stocks last
g. Offer valid only for the initial 4,700 codes redemptions.
h. No two Offer or ‘My Starbucks Rewards™’ program benefits can be applied on the same invoice
i. This Offer must be availed separately and cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer.
Example: A customer cannot avail this Offer if he/she is availing the Starbucks Date Offer.
3. Offer Rules and Regulations
a. By availing the Offer, the Customer agrees to be bound by the Offer Terms & Conditions, and the decisions of Starbucks India.
b. Starbucks India reserves the rights at any point of time to alter the Terms & Conditions of the Offer or any prizes offered or cancel any Offer if it is no longer able to run the Offer due to reasons beyond its control, subject to state legislation.
c. Starbucks India has the right to cancel or withdraw the offer at any point on its own discretion without prior notice to any party.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
a. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any license or right under any patent or trademark of Starbucks India or any third party. Except as expressly provided above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right under any Starbucks India copyright.
b. Should any viewer of a Starbucks India published document respond with information related to this Offer and shall include feedback data such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the content of any such Starbucks India material, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute the information to others without limitation. We shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such information.
5. Disqualification
a. Starbucks India reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Offer, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Offer Terms and Conditions. No correspondence shall be entertained. Starbucks India further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Offer in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Variation
a. Starbucks India reserves the right to amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions of the Offer at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.
7. Governing Laws & Jurisdiction
b. All applicable laws of India and regulations shall apply to this Offer.
c. In case of dispute this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Mumbai only.
8. Confidentiality
a. Any Customer’s Personal Data provided by Customer to Starbucks India in connection with the Offer shall be kept confidential except to any activities mentioned thereto. Starbucks India shall take all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption or loss, damage or destruction of Customer Personal Data.

1. Standard Terms
a. This Contest is organized by Tata Starbucks Private Ltd. (Hereby known as “Starbucks India”) & TrulyMadly match makers Private Ltd. (Hereby known as “Truly Madly”).
b. The Contest is open to all residents of India aged 18 years or over, except Permanent and/or contract employees of Starbucks India (including its associated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses), representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Starbucks India (including its associated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
c. The Contest will be held from 22nd January 2016 until 7th February, 2016, commencing from (“Contest Period”): Time 11:59 am (IST) on 22nd January, 2016 and ending at 11:59 pm (IST) on 7th February, 2016.
d. The contest is valid across all Starbucks stores in 3 cities- Mumbai, Delhi- NCR and Bangalore.
2. Submission of Entries and Qualifying Criteria
The promotion has two parts as follows:
PROMOTION
PART A:
As part of the promotion, TrulyMadly app users will be able to earn a special “#StarbucksDate” badge which will give them certain benefits that are listed below:
• Chance to win the Starbucks Date invite for 13th February, 2016:
o Starbucks date night to be held on 13th Feb, 2016 in 3 cities- Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.

• Chance to win Starbucks Card Pre-loaded Card with INR 500
Step 1: User earns a #StarbucksDate Badge (Herein ‘User’ is defined as an individual who will use TrulyMadly mobile app during the promotion period)
• A TrulyMadly app user can earn a #StarbucksDate badge from 22nd Jan to 7th Feb 2016. This is open to all kind of app users- matched & unmatched.
• The badge will get expired on 14th Feb, 2016
• The User journey for the promotion with respect to badge receipt and offer redemption in the promotion is as given below:
o User must log in to the TrulyMadly app
o All users will be shown a profile dedicated to Starbucks India. Those who choose to ‘tick’/ Like the profile will get a notification about the “#StarbucksDate” with instructions to earn the #StarbucksDate badge & the benefits of having the badge
o User must visit a Starbucks India store (in the 3 cities of Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore) and purchase a tall size beverage.
o User must show the badge notification/message to the Starbucks partner at a Starbucks India store (in the 3 cities of Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore)
o Starbucks India partner will give the user a TrulyMadly coupon which has code on it.
o The user will put the TrulyMadly code on his app account and the badge will appear on the user’s profile pic until 14th February 2016.
• The badge will be visible to others who view the user’s profile.
• This #StarbucksDate badge must be earned separately and cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer.
• Example: A customer cannot get the #StarbucksDate badge if he/she is availing the Let’s get together offer.
Step 2: How to win the invite of #Starbucks Date
• All users who have the badge qualify to earn the invite for #StarbucksDate. The contest to win the invite will be valid till 7th Feb, 2016- 11:59 PM.
• User needs to Share his/her reason to get invited for the #StarbucksDate on the TrulyMadly app
• A person who submits an entry on the TrulyMadly to participate in The Contest is considered a “Contestant” for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Starbucks Date winners will be chosen by TrulyMadly basis the below criteria:
o Share his/her reason to get invited for the #StarbucksDate with the hashtag #StarbucksDate.
o Originality – The statement explaining the reason must be original and owned by the Contestant.
o Theme – It should revolve around the subject of love and what it means to them.
o Message – The message should be in context with Valentine’s day
• Contestant can submit only one entry.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible and/or fraudulent will be disqualified immediately.
• The decision of the winners of the Contest is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
• The Contestant automatically relinquishes all rights or claims to any content submitted and agree for these materials to be used by Starbucks India &/or TrulyMadly for the purpose of advertising and promoting the product or event.
• Starbucks India &/or TrulyMadly have the right to amend the Rules and Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without prior notice and/or reason.
• Starbucks India &/or Truly Madly reserves to rights to use the names of Contestant(s) in any medium for publicity.
Step 3: Prizes
• Winners will be announced on 9th February 2016 on TrulyMadly website and TrulyMadly’s Facebook page.
• 50 best entries will be selected from each city and will get the #StarbucksDate invite (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore)
• Winners will receive invites via Truly Madly app chat window
• Winners will gain entry to the Starbucks India event by showing their photo id to match with the name on the guest list. Should the Contest winner be unable to confirm and authenticate his or her identity, the Contest winner will be automatically disqualified and the Contest winner will not receive any substitute prize.
• The details of Starbucks date is as below:
o The Starbucks Date will be held on 13th Feb 2016 in one selected store of Tata Starbucks in each of the 3 cities (Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore) from 7 PM to 9 PM.
o Store details as per Annexure 1
• Additionally 500 entries will be selected from the cities and will receive a pre-loaded Starbucks India Card with Rs.500 (total from 3 cities- 200: Delhi NCR, 200: Mumbai and 100: Bangalore)
• The Contestant who has won the Starbucks gift Card will receive a message from truly madly informing the him/her that they have won the Starbucks gift Card and that the winner needs to share his/her address where he/she wants the card to be couriered.
• All winners will be notified by TrulyMadly through an app message intimating them that they have won, to which they must respond with their name and complete postal address.
• Once the winner responds to the mail with his or her complete details and the postal address, the prize will be couriered to the winners at their postal address shared on the app message. The winner will receive the courier within 14 working days from the day the winner shares his/her details.
• TrulyMadly will send this message on 9th February 2016, the winner needs to respond with the required details on or before 11th February 2016.
• No correspondence from the Contestant will be entertained after 11th February 2016.
• TrulyMadly reserves to rights to use the names of Contestant(s) in any medium for publicity.
• The decision of TrulyMadly shall be final and binding on the Contest winners.
• TrulyMadly reserves the right to alter, modify or change the prizes at any point of time.
• The prizes cannot be altered, modified, exchanged, substituted or redeemed for cash at any point of time.
• Starbucks India, partners and/or the prize sponsors are not liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for the quality, guarantee, merchantability, representation or warranty, whether implied or otherwise, as to the fitness of the prize, its value, enjoyment, condition, quality or fitness for any purpose. The prizes are awarded on an ‘as is’ basis and Starbucks India, partners and/or the prize sponsors shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any of the above.
• In the event that a breach of the rules has been discovered after the judging and the award of prizes, TrulyMadly will request the return of the prize and will chose another winner.
PART B:
A person who submits an entry via Facebook and Twitter, using the relevant hashtags: #StarbucksDate to participate in The Contest is considered a “Contestant” for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions and is eligible to earn the #StarbucksDate invite.
Step 1: Eligibility to earn the #StarbucksDate invite
a) Contestant may submit multiple entries.
b) Contestant must like/follow the Starbucks India Facebook and Twitter page
c) No proof of purchase from the Starbucks Store is required to join The Contest.
d) The Contest mechanics –
• The Contestant needs to write a message for his/her partner
• Share this on his/her Twitter account or Facebook account
• The Contestant needs to use the hashtag: #StarbucksDate
• The Contestant needs to tag @StarbucksIndia
e) The winners will be determined by the judging criteria:

j) Starbucks India reserves the right to request the Contest winners to provide proof of identity & print out of the photograph submitted by them, in order to claim the prize. Should the Contest winner be unable to confirm and authenticate his or her identity, the Contest winner will be automatically disqualified and the Contest winner will not receive any substitute prize.
k) Starbucks India reserves to rights to use the names and pictures of Contestant(s) in any medium for publicity.
Step 2: Prizes
• Winners will be announced on 9th February 2016 on Starbucks India Facebook and twitter pages
• 10 best entries will be selected from each city and will get the #StarbucksDate invite (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore)
• All winners will be notified through a tweet/Facebook message shared by Starbucks India intimating them that they have won, to which they must respond with their Email ID.
• Once the winner responds to the mail with his or her required details, Starbucks India will share the #StarbucksDate details.
• Starbucks India will send this message on 9th February 2016, the winner needs to respond with the required details on or before 11th February 2016.
• No correspondence from the Contestant will be entertained after 11th February 2016.
• Winners will gain entry to the Starbucks India event by showing their photo id to match with the name on the guest list. Should the Contest winner be unable to confirm and authenticate his or her identity, the Contest winner will be automatically disqualified and the Contest winner will not receive any substitute prize.

• Starbucks India reserves the right to alter, modify or change the prizes at any point of time.

3. Contest Rules and Regulations
a) By participating in the Contest, Contestant agrees to be bound by The Contest Terms & Conditions, and the decisions of Starbucks India.
b) All chosen winners have to be agreeable to participate in The Contest with rights under Starbucks India.
c) Starbucks India reserves the rights at any point of time to alter the Terms & Conditions of the Contest or any prizes offered or cancel any Contest if it is no longer able to run the Contest due to reasons beyond its control, subject to state legislation
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
a) Starbucks India hereby authorizes Contestants to copy materials published by it on official fan pages of Starbucks India for non-commercial use only, provided any copy of these materials which you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices and any disclaimer contained thereon and on official fan pages of Starbucks India.
b) Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any license or right under any patent or trademark of Starbucks India or any third party. Except as expressly provided above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right under any Starbucks India copyright.
c) Should any viewer of a Starbucks India published document respond with information related to this Contest and shall include feedback data such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the content of any such Starbucks India material, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute the information to others without limitation. 5. DISQUALIFICATION
a) Starbucks India reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions. No correspondence shall be entertained. Starbucks India further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
b) Submissions which do not relate to the topic will be automatically disqualified. Entries shall not contain any material and/or statement which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct or is conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any applicable law. Entries failing to comply with this provision will be disqualified without prior notification.
6. JUDGING
a) By participating in the Contest, Contestant agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set therein and any decision made by the judges of Starbucks India.
b) Contest Winners are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims as a result of their participation in the contest, usage of their prizes and/or collection of their prizes. Starbucks India accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered entries. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
7. VARIATION
a) Starbucks India reserves the right to amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.
b) All applicable laws of India and regulations shall apply to this Contest.
c) In case of dispute this Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Mumbai only.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
a) Any Contestant Personal Data provided by Contestant to Starbucks India in connection with the Contest shall be kept confidential except to any activities mentioned thereto. Starbucks India shall take all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption or loss, damage or destruction of Contestant Personal Data.
